The copper sleeve has high hardness and excellent wear resistance, is not prone to seizing, and has good casting and cutting performance. It also has good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere and fresh water. It can be used for wear-resistant parts that operate under high loads (below 20Mpa) and high sliding speeds (8m/s), such as connecting rods, bushings, bearing shells, gears, worm gears, etc.


Bearings with high surface pressure and side pressure on the copper sleeve can be used to manufacture copper cooling tubes for cold rolling mills, parts that can withstand impact loads up to 50Mpa, bimetallic bearing shells for internal combustion engines, mainly piston pin sleeves with a maximum load of 70Mpa, and acid-resistant accessories. Replace the 9 guide strips and 3 grating rings on the inner wall of the copper sleeve. Before replacing the seal, apply a little grease to the contact surface between it and the inner wall of the copper sleeve to prevent a loose fit and misalignment during subsequent installation. The angled joints of each guide strip should be firmly bonded with strong glue. The interfaces of the 9 guide strips should be evenly staggered by approximately 230mm.


Under conditions of lacking lubricants and using water-based lubricants, it has good sliding and self-lubricating properties, is easy to machine, has poor casting performance, and has good corrosion resistance to dilute sulfuric acid. General-purpose structural components, simple-shaped castings used in ships, instruments, etc., such as sleeves, bushings, bearing shells, sliders, etc. It is a typical tin-phosphor bronze with high hardness and wear resistance. It can be used to manufacture parts that operate under heavy loads, high speeds and high temperatures and are subject to intense friction, such as connecting rod bushings, gears and worm wheels.
